Owned by Real Estate Broker Harry Bass-Terpstra, Florida Keys Properties provides real estate services to buyers and sellers of real estate from Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce to Ocala, and down through Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe County and The Florida Keys.

Florida Keys Properties started in 2006, now run by Harry Bass-Terpstra. Harry grew up in Watertown a small, snowy city in upstate New York close to Canada and just east of the Great Lakes. While growing up he spent plenty of time helping his family with their investment properties. Being able to see so many different homes and their value he came to appreciate the real estate market. As soon as Harry graduated from high school like many of us in Florida he ran from the northern cold. He came to Florida ready to get to work for you.

While the majority of our transactions take place in Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce and the Treasure Coast, Florida Keys Properties Serves all of Florida.  Our sales have ranged from a $37,000 condo in Fort Pierce to a 419 acre horse farm in Ocala that sold for $8,000,000.  We’ve sold properties in Sebastian and Fellsmere on the east coast all the way to Port Charlotte on the west coast,  and down to Marathon in the Florida Keys.
